We aim to make shipping as simple and straightforward as possible.

All orders are dispatched with tracking, and shipping costs and delivery timeframes will depend on your delivery location, shipping method and the size or weight of your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
For orders delivered within Australia:

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150
• $10 Standard Shipping on orders under $150
• $12.95 Standard Shipping with Signature Required on orders under $150
• $15 Express Post
• $17.95 Express Post with Signature Required

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

• East Coast Standard Shipping: generally 2–4 business days
• Western Australia Standard Shipping: generally 5–6 business days
• East Coast Express Shipping: generally 1–2 business days
• Western Australia Express Shipping: generally 1–2 business days, although delivery may take 2–4 business days depending on Australia Post delivery timeframes

Orders placed before 12.00pm Monday to Friday are generally processed and dispatched the same business day.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday via Australia Post, and all parcels are supplied with an Australia Post tracking number.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post delays, public holidays, peak trading periods, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to eligible destinations, with rates depending on your delivery location and parcel weight.

NEW ZEALAND

Orders shipped to New Zealand incur a flat shipping fee of AUD $30 and are sent by air freight with tracking.

REST OF THE WORLD

International orders to eligible destinations are charged AUD $60 for parcels up to 3kg and are sent by air freight with tracking.

Orders weighing more than 3kg, or containing heavy, bulky or oversized products, may require additional freight charges. Where this applies, the final shipping cost will depend on the size, weight and destination of the parcel.

If your order exceeds our standard international shipping allowance, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional freight charges.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local delivery services.

OVERSIZED & HEAVY PARCELS

Some products are larger or heavier than our standard parcel dimensions and may require additional freight charges.

For selected oversized or heavy products, the following surcharges may apply:

• Within Australia: additional $35 per parcel
• New Zealand: additional $90 per parcel
• Rest of the World: additional $175 per parcel

These charges apply only to selected oversized or heavy products and are in addition to our standard shipping rates.

If an order exceeds our standard parcel limits or requires an alternative freight service, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the applicable shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES & TARIFFS

International duties, taxes, tariffs and customs charges can vary depending on the destination, order value, product type and country of origin.

Where possible, Blowes Clothing generally covers the estimated duties, taxes and tariffs associated with an international order.

There may, however, be circumstances where:

• the estimated landed cost is unusually high;
• the applicable duties, taxes or tariffs are significantly higher than expected; or
• local customs requirements mean we are unable to pay these charges on your behalf.

Where this occurs, we may contact you before dispatch to discuss the additional cost and the available options.

In some destinations, duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges may need to be paid directly by the recipient before the parcel can be released for delivery.

We’ll always aim to make any additional costs clear before dispatch where we’re able to identify them in advance.

NEW ZEALAND

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to GST, duties, customs fees or other border charges depending on the value and nature of the shipment.

New Zealand Customs requirements and charges changed from 1 April 2026. For the most current information, please refer to the New Zealand Customs Service.

USA, CANADA, UK & NORTHERN IRELAND

For orders shipped to the USA, Canada, UK and Northern Ireland, Blowes Clothing will generally cover estimated duties, taxes and tariffs where these can reasonably be calculated and paid by us.

As landed costs can vary considerably depending on the product, order value, destination and country of origin, some orders may incur charges that are significantly higher than expected.

Where this occurs, or where customs charges cannot be paid by Blowes Clothing on your behalf, we’ll contact you before dispatch where possible to discuss the applicable costs and available options.

In some cases, these charges may need to be paid directly by the recipient to the relevant customs authority or carrier.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to return or exchange an item from an international order, please contact our Customer Service team before sending your item back.

Our team will discuss your return or exchange with you, advise you on the next steps and provide return instructions where required.

Please do not return your item until you’ve spoken with our team. This helps us ensure your return is handled as efficiently as possible and allows us to advise you of any applicable shipping, duties or customs costs before your item is sent.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

International customers are responsible for the cost of returning an order to Blowes Clothing unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges paid on the original shipment are also non-refundable by Blowes Clothing unless otherwise required by law.

EXCHANGES – CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZE

For international exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size or customer preference:

• the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item to Blowes Clothing; and
• the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.

A replacement shipment may be treated as a new import by the destination country’s customs authority. This means additional duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges may apply.

Where Blowes Clothing has agreed to cover duties or taxes associated with a replacement shipment, this will be confirmed with you before the replacement item is dispatched.

Where duties, tariffs or other import charges are particularly high, we may contact you to discuss the available options and costs before proceeding with an exchange.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you’ve received an incorrect item, or your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team before returning it.

Where the return is accepted as faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Blowes Clothing will arrange or cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs, including applicable duties or taxes associated with sending the replacement item.

• International pricing and applicable taxes may vary depending on your delivery destination.
