We quickly addressed this issue and resent your package. However, due to current limitations with Australia Post, we were unable to expedite the shipment through Express Post, and it was sent via normal mail instead.
We've tracked your package and confirmed that it left on a flight for Denmark on the 3rd of March. While we are doing everything within our power to monitor its progress, we understand that this update does not fully alleviate the frustration of waiting.
