With online orders, we rely on the information provided by our customers and cannot verify if an order differs from a customer's usual size. When you informed us of the incorrect size, we promptly offered to pick up the item from your town, 25 minutes away from our store, to facilitate an exchange and make the process easier for you.
We appreciate your disappointment, but as you can imagine, we receive multiple online orders each week and are unable to check each one individually to ensure the correct size has been selected. If you come into any of our stores, we will certainly check your last purchase size. We strive to give our online customers the best experience possible, but it will differ from the in-store one-on-one personal experience.
